Fresh bread right out of the oven
This has to be the easiest bread I made to date…its a no knead bread…5 minutes prep and 12 to 15 hour rise time…
I made the dough at 6 last night and baked the bread at 8 this morning…great way to start off the day…
Ingredients
3 cups (425g) flour, bread or all-purpose
1/2 teaspoon instant or active dry yeast*
2 teaspoons salt
1 ½ cups (340g) room temperature water
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the flour, yeast, salt, and water until a shaggy, rather wet dough ball forms.
