What’s for dinner tonight? I made muffulettas.
Recipe:
10” round Italian bread
Olive oil to brush on bread
1 c olive salad
1/4 lb Genoa salami
1/4 lb capicola or ham
1/4 lb mortadella
1/8 lb thin sliced mozzarella
1/8 lb thin sliced provolone
I put it in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes to toast bread, melt cheese and warm the meat.
