Here’s my stain glass candy
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup water.
Mix together in heavy saucepan over med heat until sugar dissolved bring to boil dont stir until 300 on candy thermometer remove from heat let all bubbling stop add 1 durom of lorann flavor oil stir. Pour in a foil lined cooking sprayed pan cool room temp until hard. If adding color due at 250 dont stir bubbling will evenly disperse color.
