Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken Breasts


Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Ingredients :
2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into 4 equal pieces.
4 Tbsp Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup shredded Cheese (I used Pepperjack)
2 tbsp Green Onions (chopped)
4-8 pieces of Bacon
Salt and Pepper to season
Directions :
Pound the Chicken pieces until 1/4" thick
Mix together Cream Cheese, Onions, and shredded Cheese
Spread the mixture into the middle of each piece of Chicken
Starting at the long side, roll the chicken breast up, cheese mix in the middle of course
Wrap 1 or 2 slices of Bacon around the Chicken breast, secure with toothpick
Place on a baking sheet, and bake for 30 minutes at 375F
Then BROIL (or turn up the heat to 475) for 5 minutes so the Bacon gets crispy
Turn each piece over and broil for another 3 minutes
Serve and enjoy!
