Homemade Crunchwraps


Homemade Crunchwraps
Ingredients :
1lb Ground Beef
1 Can Re-fried Beans
1 cup shredded Cheese (you can also use a Cheese Sauce)
1 Packet Taco Seasoning
Tortillas (1 bigger than the other - you can cut one to size if needed)
Corn Tostada Shells or Broken Taco Shells
Cooking Spray
Optional Toppings
Lettuce
Sour Cream
Tomatoes
Cilantro
Onion
Salsa
Avocado
Directions :
Prepare the sizes of your Tortillas, use a small plate as a template to cut the "smaller ones"
Brown/Chop up your ground beef in a skillet
Stir in Taco Seasoning
Heat up Re-Fried Beans
Lay the Larger Tortilla Flat
Spread Beans and/or Cheese in the Center
Lay corn Tortilla on top of the Beans
Add any other toppings you like.
Guacamole, Sour Cream, Salsa work great to hold everything together inside
Lay Smaller Tortilla on top
Fold the edges of the Larger Tortilla up and around the smaller one.
Spray the outside with Cooking spray
Cook, seam side down, in a skillet until brown
Flip, and cook until brown
Serve and enjoy!
