Famous Crack Potatoes
Ingredients :
2 (16 oz) containers of sour cream8 oz bacon. cooked and chopped2 cup shredded cheddar1 packages ranch dip mix1 30 oz bag shredded hash browns
Directions :30 minutesPreheat the oven to 400°Combine the first four ingredients in a large bowl.Add hash browns. Stir well.Spray a 13x9 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.Spread mixture into dish.Bake for 50-60 minutes. Until golden brown.Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
