Cracker Barrel Meatloaf
Welcome again to “Heavenly Recipes” the home of meal receipts & list of dishes, Today i will guide you how to make “Orange Chocolate Mousse”. I made this Delicious recipe a few days ago, and I absolutely loved it and enjoyed it with my family. It came out very tasty and flavorful. Before post it here i send via Our Pinterest Account the full recipe to some of our great followers to try it and this was their opinions
"toriree" : I Love it, but I agree with several others that the cooking time was not adequate. It was still quite pink when I sliced a piece. I wasn't sure if it wasn't done or if the catsup somehow gave it that color. I cooked it at least 30 more minutes. It was not too dry, nor too soggy. It was PERFECT as it was-no tweaking at all!
"Denise" : I love this recipe! I did use 2pds of beef and increased the cooking time to 400 and I put marinara on top because my family doesn't like ketchup. But it comes out perfect. My husband's favorite!
"Gerry" : I've made this a few times now and it turns out a bit different each time. I have found it to be very moist and flavorful. However it is just a little too moist so I lessened the milk to 1/2 C. and this time I used 90/10 ground beef. It did make a difference in the moistness. Next time I will go back to the 80/20 with the lesser amount of milk. One important note the cooking time is not long enough. I had to bake it at 375 for 1 hour.
"Traci" : Best meatloaf recipe. I follow the recipe ... No tweaking required for us ?? It is a favorite request from my 12 year old son. Made it also for our weekly Sunday dinner (average 20 people) and it was enjoyed by all. Can't go wrong!
"Patty" : I made this and my family said that it was the one of the best that they have ever had!!! Very moist. I drained any grease off of it before putting the topping on at the end of cooking it..also, we don't like mustard, so I omitted this in the topping. I also used 2# of ground chuck, and added a little ketchup to the meat mixture. Looking forward to leftovers!!!
"Christine" : OMG this was the best Meat Loaf I have ever made. I used 3 lbs of Ground chuck and doubled everything which made one for now and one for later. It was moist and very flavorful. This is my new keeper. :)
