Easy Roasted Cabbage
Ingredients :
1 medium-sized head of firm cabbage
2 T Olive Oil
Lime juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions :
Preheat oven to 450
Cut cabbage in 1/2, then into 1/4, then into 1/8
Place on a baking sheet
Brush a little Oil over the top (maybe a squeeze of lime)
Roast in the oven for 15 minutes
Turn the Cabbage, and brush again with Oil
Roast for another 15 minutes (until a little brown)
Serve and enjoy!
