Cracker Barrel Hash Brown Casserole
Ingredients :
2lbs Potatoes (Cut into hash browns, or use frozen)
8oz Sour Cream
12oz Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Stick Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup chopped Onion
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
Directions :
Chop onions.
Place potatoes in a greased 9×13 inch pan.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Melt butter in the microwave.
In a bowl combine minced onions, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup, and melted butter.
Pour soup mixture over potatoes; Generously top with Cheddar Cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until all is completely warm, and the cheese begins to melt.
Serve and enjoy!
