Orange Honey Butter Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients :
2 (3/4 pound) pork tenderloins
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup red wine
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons honey
Directions :
Place tenderloins in large reseal able plastic bag.
In a medium bowl blend together remaining ingredients.
Pour over pork and seal bag.
Marinate in refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Remove pork from marinade and do not discard marinade.
Roast pork for about 30 - 45 minutes (until internal temperature reaches 160 °F), blasting pork several times with marinate sauce.
Let it cool five minutes before slice.
Slice to serve.
Serve and enjoy!
