Cheesy Pizza Pasta Casserole
Ingredients :
1 lb pasta (I used spiral, but any will work)
1 lb pepperoni
1 lb ground beef (or Sausage)
1 (15 ounce) jars pizza sauce (Homemade recipe HERE if you need one)
1/2 to 1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
dried parsley
onion powder
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
Directions :
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
Pour into large mixing bowl.
Finely chop half of the pepperoni.
Brown hamburger meat and pepperoni along with onion powder and minced garlic.
Drain.
Mix pasta, pizza sauce, and meat in bowl.
Stir in half of the cheeses (Parmesan and Mozzarella)
Pour in lightly greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheeses over top.
Place remaining pepperoni slices on top.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes until cheese bubbles.
Serve and enjoy!
