Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole Ingredients :
1 pound sausage (ground) 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 8 Slices of Bacon (Cooked and Crumbled)2 cups milk 4 eggs 2 pounds tater-tots, frozen Directions :Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Cook sausage, drain and spread evenly in the bottom of a pan.Top with cheese and Bacon BitsMake your Scrambled Egg mix and pour over the CheeseTop with frozen tater tots and bake for about 45 minutes.
