Banana Bread Bars with Brown Butter Frosting

Instructions
1. Heat oven to 375F. Grease and flour15x10-inch jelly roll pan. For the bars, ina large bowl, beat together sugar, sourcream, butter, and eggs until creamy.Blend in bananas and vanilla extract. Addflour, baking soda, salt, and blend for 1minute. Stir in walnuts.2. Spread batter evenly into pan. Bake 20to 25 minutes or until golden brown.3. Meanwhile, for frosting, heat butter ina large saucepan over medium heat untilboiling. Let the butter turn a delicatebrown and remove from heat4. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extractand milk. Whisk together until smooth (itshould be thicker than a glaze but thinnerthan frosting). Using a spatula, spreadthe brown butter frosting over the warmbars (the frosting will be easier to spreadwhile the bars are still warm)
